How a single Verified Member's feedback reshaped the IMC platform within days — and why it says something bigger about the kind of community IMC hopes to become.

Sometimes, the first step towards building something meaningful is simply listening.
IMC went live on 18 Safar 1448 AH (1 August 2026) with a simple belief: a stronger community begins with people being connected, heard and able to contribute.
On 7 Rabi' al-Awwal 1448 AH (20 August 2026), we welcomed Ahmed Arshadul Haque as a Verified Member — IMC-VER-2026-DL-00003.
But Ahmed didn't just join IMC. He looked at it closely. He explored the Member Portal, shared his observations and suggested several changes that he believed could make the experience better for members.
So, we met. We discussed his ideas. We listened. We looked at what could be improved — and then we made the changes.
The result was more than a few modifications. The IMC Member Portal evolved into Connectly. Its look, feel and experience changed completely — becoming cleaner, more intuitive and more aligned with what we believe a modern community platform should feel like.
Ahmed joined as a member. Within days, his contribution helped shape the platform itself.
And that is perhaps the most important part of this story.
This is what IMC hopes to become: not a platform built for people, but a platform that grows with its people.
